Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and RAJA ZONE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Raja Zone”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Raja Zone mobile application, website, and all related products, services, content, and digital offerings (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

    1. Eligibility

    • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.
    • By using Raja Zone, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

    2. Account Registration

    • Certain features require account registration using a valid email address or other approved login methods.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

    3. Use of the Platform

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
    • Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any law.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Platform.

    4. Digital Products and Services

    • Raja Zone may offer digital products, subscriptions, live content, or premium features.
    • All digital products are delivered electronically.
    • Access to certain content may be subject to approval, verification, or additional terms.

    5. Payments and Pricing

    • All prices are displayed on the Platform and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
    • Payments must be made in full and in advance through Raja Zone–approved payment gateways only.
    • Partial payments are not accepted for any digital product, subscription, or service.
    • If a payment is incomplete, pending, reversed, charged back, or failed, access to the product or service will not be granted.
    • Raja Zone is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, wallets, network issues, or user error.
    • Users are solely responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.

    6. No Refund Policy

    • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
    • This policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, live content, premium access, and services.
    • Full payment is mandatory to receive any product or service.
    • If payment is not completed in full, the user will not receive the product, service, or access, and no refund will be issued.
    • No refunds will be provided for:
      • Partial or incomplete payments
      • Failed, delayed, or pending transactions
      • Accidental or mistaken purchases
      • Change of mind or dissatisfaction
      • Non-usage of purchased products or services
      • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

    7. Intellectual Property

    • All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, and software are the exclusive property of Raja Zone or its licensors.
    • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

    8. User Content

    • You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Raja Zone a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
    • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

    9. Account Suspension and Termination

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
    • Upon termination, your access to the Platform and related services will cease immediately.

    10. Data Deletion Policy

    • Users may request deletion of their account and personal data.
    • Upon verified request, Raja Zone will delete user data in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    • Raja Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
    • We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, profits, digital assets, or business opportunities.
    • Raja Zone is not liable for payment disputes, chargebacks, or financial losses caused by third-party payment processors.
    • Use of the Platform and purchase of digital products is entirely at your own risk.

    12. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • All services and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    • Raja Zone makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of content.
    • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

    13. Third-Party Links, Payment Gateways, and Services

    • The Platform may use third-party payment gateways, tools, APIs, or services.
    • Raja Zone does not control and is not responsible for third-party systems, failures, delays, or errors.
    • Any disputes related to payments must first be raised with the respective payment provider.
    • Chargebacks or false disputes may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

    14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
    • Courts located in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    15. Changes to Terms

    • Raja Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
    • Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and will be effective immediately upon posting.
