REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “You”) and Raja Zone (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing all purchases made through the Raja Zone mobile application and website.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service offered by Raja Zone, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Nature of Products and Services
1.1 All products and services offered by Raja Zone are digital products, including but not limited to digital content, subscriptions, premium access, downloadable materials, in-app purchases, and digital services.
1.2 Due to the digital nature of the offerings, all sales are deemed final upon successful payment and access grant.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1 Raja Zone operates under a strict no-refund policy.
2.2 Once payment is successfully processed and access to the digital product or service is provided, the User waives all rights to request or receive a refund, reversal, or exchange.
2.3 This no-refund policy applies without exception, whether the product is used, partially used, unused, or not used at all.
3. Full Payment Requirement
3.1 Users are required to complete full payment prior to receiving access to any digital product or service.
3.2 Failure to complete full payment shall result in:
- No access to the product or service
- No partial delivery
- No refund entitlement
3.3 Partial payments, failed transactions, or incomplete payments do not create any obligation on Raja Zone to deliver products or issue refunds.
4. Exclusion of Refund Claims
Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Accidental or mistaken purchases
- Device incompatibility or technical limitations on the User’s end
- Dissatisfaction after purchase
- Subscription cancellation after activation
- Promotional, discounted, or trial-based purchases
- Lack of usage or understanding of the product
- Any third-party platform issues beyond Raja Zone’s control
5. Technical Issues
5.1 In the event of a verified technical issue attributable solely to Raja Zone that prevents access to a purchased product, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide technical support, or
- Restore access where feasible
5.2 Under no circumstances shall technical issues result in a refund, monetary compensation, or replacement.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
6.1 Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Raja Zone support.
6.2 Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the User’s account
- Permanent denial of access to Raja Zone services
- Legal action where permitted by law
7. Policy Modification
7.1 Raja Zone reserves the unrestricted right to amend, modify, or replace this Refund Policy Agreement at any time.
7.2 Changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Raja Zone app or website.
7.3 Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
